There was a previous discussion that included some comments on etchings with remarques. I am posting this so people can see what a special edition remarque etching looks like. The prints from this edition are fairly well documented and showed up a couple of times in auctions in the early 1900's. I am not sure how many of these still exist. I found other examples of Rajon's works where he made these in editions of 10, sometimes on special paper. At the time this was made, 1880's, print collecting was popular and these gave the collector a chance for a piece that was just a little better than the standard edition. Thanks for showing us this. I know very little about your field of expertise, and I relish the opportunity to learn more from you.
