Parrot glasses ID

    I was wondering if anyone could hekpnme identify the maker of these parrot glasses? Measure 3 1/4 inches in diameter. Thanks for any info!

    Possibly a decorating shop on stock glasses. To me it looks like decals with hand painted out line.

    She's dated them to the 1960s for some unstated reason but both the colorway and design scream 1980s.
