Paris Street scenes Vintage tourist art?

    I thought thees were a little better than most I have seen. Oil on canvas 9" x 11" framed by Wolsey Co. in Elmonte CA. I haven't found much about this company to determine the age of these paintings. One is signed but it will need some help deciphering
    it.

    Not tourist art but decorative art from a U.S.A. company. The CAL abbreviation dates them to pre-1963.
