Pap Boat

    I have this pap boat that has been in my family. Does anyone know what the marking on the inside of the pap boat means? Is that a makers mark? There is a note attached (see picture). Is it possible the note is correct that it was made 1790-1800 in England? Thank you!

    2 might be a coincidence, seven begins to look like reproductions.
