Pair of Tokkuri, Unmarked; Not Hi-Quality, But Attractive

    ~5⅛" tall, ~2⅝" X ~2⅛" at the 'belly', weight ~4½ ounces each. Their capacity is about 5 ounces. The porcelain is somewhat translucent. The patterns are the same on both sides.

    These could be pre-war, but I think not. Their theme is certainly influenced by western tastes, and the Korean 'conflict' flooded Japan with American GI's in the early 1950's.

    I sure wish they were marked...
