Pair of Glass Vases for ID

I have 2 of these Vases which I acquired separately. I find them attractive but I've never thought they were anything special. However I decided to do an image search to try and find out more about them.

Two identical vases came up on Etsy from different sellers. One SOLD for Can$96 and said it was from the 1950s. The other SOLD for Can$120 and said in the title it was from the 1920s and in the text the 1940s. Neither gave any information as to the pattern or the manufacturer. Those were the only two hits that came up on the search which matched my vases.

To pay that much money I suspect the buyer knew something - but what? Hopefully someone on this forum can provide some information which might justify those prices.

They are 6.5" high and 4' diameter at the top. They are 9-sided.

Is it close to this? I know the size is different but I am finding unidentified ones in assorted sizes that I think are the same. I did find a small one with box and sticker. It may be too many sided but does say made in Czech Republic if that offers direction.

My first thought was a Sklo Union maker, but those don't have that "star cut" effect base. This is moulded.
