Pair of Cathedral Prints/Etchings

The images measure about 5 x 6 inches, in 13 x13 frames. I have google image searched the images, and the writing lower left and lower right and have not come up with a match. One I think says Il Duomo, I can't figure out the first word which I imagine is the city. Doesn't look like the Milan Il Duomo to me. I am assuming lower right is the artist signature?
Looking for any help with what the images are, and what the writing says, and any other comments of course welcome.

Right side looks to me like acquaforte di (artist's name).

 

On both of them the place name looks more like Merlino to me, but think it has to be Milano for il duomo & what I think is the palazzo (spelled palasso) ducale.

 

I think they are images of Urbino, but I'm really not seeing that in the writing.

Thank you both. Progress! After googling, I can see they are images of Urbino Cathedral and Ducal Palace. I guess what looks like M is actually U.

 

LOL! Only on boards like this does, "What looks like an M is actually a U," make sense!

 

Does say Il Duomo. But not the one in Milan. (It's Gothic.)
