Painting with signature can't figure out the name

To me the signature looks like
PILAR CASTAÑEDES '81

Oh, I see that @i need help found information! Makes more sense that the last letter in her name would be A.

I believe the title reads Cactacea (Cactus).

The work appears to be a print rather than a painting, as evidenced by the "10/50" notation, which indicates the 10th print out of an edition of 50.
