Featured Painting rescue, Is this Haitian artist David Rouzier?

    It is a small painting on canvas. Came with no stretcher and was in a newer photo frame.
    Painting measures 8" x 10"
    It is a beautiful well-done painting. Thoughts on the Signature appreciated.

    Haitian again-those folks are prolific artists.Journey finds a fair amount of them in Miami.

    But those prices are gallery, museum, etc.. depending where you are they can be quite inexpensive even by well listed artists.
    I sell mine on ebay because I'd never get their value here in Miami unless really special - too many here.
