I'm going to guess "decorative value only" circa ~1999 but others may want to see closeups of the details including the frame, any signature, back of the art work.

Where did you get this? Is it a painting, or is it a print? It looks like a print behind glare proof glass. How large is it?

Kinda Robin Hoody. Have you done a Google Images search to see if you can match it to an original? And, yes... Additional photographs as above please.

Hello, the print is not important, but the frame must be from before 1930 for certain, it has glass but I took that out because the print is matte, it is just a print from a school building,

I've no idea what's it's worth, but here is some information backstory about it which may help yourself or others search for additional answers.

Dutch title "Floris V door de edelen gevangen genomen" which translates to "Floris V captured by the nobles"
aka "A political murder from 1296 - The death of Floris V"
Count Floris was taken prisoner in falcon hunting in 1296

Count Floris V was murdered near the castle on June 27, 1296. During a falcon hunt he was captured by the participating noblemen Gijsbrecht IV van Amstel and Herman V van Woerden. He was imprisoned in the castle for five days. In an attempt to escape from the castle, he was killed by, among others, Gerard van Velsen, with 22 knife stabs.

It's always helpful, Dan93, to provide all details in your first post so you don't get information you don't want/need. Frame doesn't look particularly old but impossible to opine without a photograph of the back.

We need to see the back Dan, it might be made of gold sprayed plastic, seeing any old nails or staples or the type of wood and the wear and the stringing fittings etc will help you get an answer. It’s like checking out a piece of furniture or a ceramic to get a likely date, you need to see the backs and bases.

I don't know how large this frame is? It looks very NEW.
Please show DETAILS of it and of the back.

When you took the glass out, did you notice if it was very heavy for it's size?
