Owner of a house purchased "as is"

    Purchased the house built in 1954 and attic hasn't been touched except by squirrels. Most likely will be posting different items as I come across them...

    Welcome! Not to the squirrels! This might be a good time to adopt or borrow a cat who learned to hunt. Let him or her chase off the riffraff.

    Welcome! Are there actually items in the attic other than the wildlife? My (newer) attic just has insulation and an air conditioning system. Ditto for my parents older house. Hope yours is filled with treasures!
