Featured Oscar Schlegelmilch (?) Figurine - Date?

Hello Board Friends - I have what I think is an Oscar Schlegelmilch figurine but I don't know how to date it or what it represents. It stands 8" tall and has a lot of very nice detail. A search of the L crown mark bring up Oscar Schlegelmilch but most of those marks are post war and I'm only familiar with early OS. I gave it a quick wash but didn't realize it needs a deep cleaning - my apologies. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you very much.

Looks like she's holding a leash. Is she off-center on the base? Maybe she originally had a dog?

the L does bear resemblance to Schelgelmilch but its much more similar to a couple of marks from: Dressel Kister & cie. Take a look at this worthpt. example of a medieval queen, its very similar:

Here's a screen shot from a paid data base Im using. The ones on the lower right and lower left seem to be the closest match. They are said to be marks "on Ludwigsburg reproductions from original molds.." ca 1902-1922.

 

Here is your queen on worthpt, many of the medieval queens are going for $700 or so, this one a bargain at $475:

 

mos is right; the rope part does appear to have broken off at least a bit. Still wonderful figurine.

One of the dressel queens on the worthpt site does show a mark quite similar to yours in one pic. Although the pic is blurry
