I found this at a local thrift store. It is by Orlando Agudelo Botero & has Hello? or Welcome? in many different languages.
I tried googling Orlando Agudelo Botero Bienvendios print but nothing came up.
What is the name of this piece?
Is that his hand written signature or signed in plate?

Yours is a poster of his paintings. The signature appears to be machine copied. The one in the link is a different image but has the same gold lettering.
