    Hi All,
    4 3/4"H x 8 1/2"W, the edge has a blue hue. I'm thinking maybe McKee because of the colour, an opaque green but really don't know. Hard to see on the base, polished centre but rough around the edge.
    Any information appreciated.
    Thanks for looking

    Is it really blue? Or could it be the edge just looks darker?
    Is it a polished pontil? Perfectly round?

    thanks for all the replies folks:)
    cluttered, the photos are true to what I see looking at it:) no, not a solid blue colour along the edge, but has the appearance of being blue, I'm not sure what the term would be to describe this. The photo below is the best I can do to try and show what I'm talking about. Along the edge you can see the difference in the colour, seems more translucent than the body.

    looks pretty round to me but it is hard to see so I'm going by the feel of it. The lightish colour is rough, the centre is polished. Hopefully the photo below will give a better idea of what I'm talking about:)

    I'm going with round polished pontil.

    @pearlsnblume
    You might try shapes on Steuben and Stevens and Williams.

    .
    If you look at Steuben's jade glass it has that same dark rim. However, I can't find any with that type of base. Stevens and Williams has a really round and polished pontil.

    Fenton has that base, but not a polished pontil, or dark edge.

    thanks cluttered:) I never thought of Steuben or Stevens and Williams, I'll have a look and see what I can find.
    I was kinda kicking around it might be Fenton, but couldn't find the shape so gave up.
