Old Paddle Boat On Masonite

Friend of mine sent me these 2 pictures. The frame is gold gilt, it is on masonite. There are no dots nor do they see brush strokes. They are wondering if it is some type of litho? I clould not answer their questions. Boat name is Pilgrim. Fall River Line Boston.

 

Trying to compare yours to this poor photo of a print is difficult but comparing the clouds, waves etc. I think it's the same image. They say it's by Fred Pansing 82.
