    They are Dogon (Mali, West Africa) granary doors.
    These are so popular nowadays that the Dogon are making them just for budding collectors and interior designers. I suspect others are making them as well.

    They look like art made for export or tourists, but on the good end of the tourist stuff. Those don't look like they came out of Homegoods. Whoever made them cared about what he was doing.
