Old Handmade Blue Glass Decorated Vase

    I bought at a thrift store. It is handmade. The design looks to me to be Middle Eastern? Any ideas? Old? It is about 5 inches tall.     I'd think pretty recent and it could have been done anywhere. It looks crafter-made,or at least the paint was. It reminds me of 1990s fabric paint or "leaded glass" paint of that era.
