Old glass wine bottle hallmark on base

I'm tryig to find who made this wine bottle. Had a loose cork inside, seems to be hand blown and strange hallmark which I cannot identify.
Does anybody know who made it ? Measures 12 1/8" high.

I turned the photo around - looks like C O Co or C O G Co?

It has what is called an "applied top" I believe. The base will help you date it BTW.

I think the logo is the Ottawa Glass Co which can be found in this list which operated from 1880-1885 perhaps. The logo looks really close to me. https://sha.org/bottle/pdffiles/OLogoTable.pdf
