Old dressing table with beveled glass mirror, Vintage or Antique?

I brought this dressing table down from one of the attics 30 years ago but am starting to upgrade furniture and want to sell it. Pictures were hard to get because it sits next to a window. Although it is on wheels it is very hard to move. Thanks for any help.

 

Circa 1925 so almost antique.

 

I thought it was a little earlier - probably circa 1910. The wood wheels mark it if nothing else, and those drawers on top are a Victorian leftover. I don't know what it would sell for, of if it would sell at all. Furniture from that period can be hard to move, even if the wheels work.

 

Think it could be late teens but think 1910 a tad early. Kind of splitting hairs here and in the ball-park of agreement ….
