    The pictures are truly among the most horrible ever, but if my impression of the paper texture is correct (somewhat wavy) then it is a reproduction printed on a fake parchment like paper.

    A real one should be on ordinary paper, with a pattern of fine lines as a watermark. This is called 'laid' paper. Look at it against a light, the paper would have been dried on a fine wire mesh and this leaves the original 'watermark'

    Even the ink of the printing shouts "reproduction".

    Copy. It looks like the souvenir copies of the US Constitution that were everywhere here about 40 years ago.
