Old colored ship print with part of logo/stamp in corner - any info?

I bought this colored print(?) along with 6-7 vintage tanker/cargo ships framed photographs at a local thrift store Friday.
This was the only one that wasn't a photograph. It has part of a circular logo or stamp (artist's?) in the bottom left corner but it's missing the lower half - looking at it without frame it's the same - it's been cut off - can anyone tell me what it used to say?
    Is this a colored print?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

AJ-It looks like a digitized color version of Kronos' photo, but then-when i see yr closeup, that heavily textured surface almost seems a hand-colored/painted image.

It appears to have been run through a texture machine, popular in the 1970s.
