    It kind of looks like the similar style of dolls my Mom gave me of hers that she got with Fab Detergent. (Soap-Detergent dolls)

    Although had a hard time finding any info on them other than you could send off for them in the mail.

    I think you've nailed it, they could be sisters. Only this one doesn't have jaundice, liver disease may not run in the family.

    Wow awesome info thanks for the help. It has to be some form of that Colgate doll. I posted it on eBay with the starting bid at $.99. I will let you all know how it goes.
