Oil painting signature help?

    Think it is a decorative painting and doubt that old based on the frame. Can we see the back?

    Agree. Look how quickly that was painted. Someone was churning them out.

    Frame says 60s-70s and I think the back confirms this.

    These are often painted without a stretcher, shipped flat in bulk to the destination country, then put on a stretcher, usually with staples, and then in a typically Mexican frame for sale. That may explain the paint on the canvas even on the back.

    @smallaxe ..those pics say it all.....& should be used every time we spot a factory painting !!!!!!!!!
