Oil Painting ID please!

Hello all! I am looking for an Oil Painting ID please! This painting is a family heirloom of sorts, it's much older than myself, however I can't seem to find another one anywhere I look. I've even reverse searched the image on google and gotten nothing. It has an Artistic Impressions Inc. certification tag on it, so I know it's a legit oil painting. I've tried to search by the artist name but the best I can get from the signature is the name possibly being "Frederick", and even that's questionable. If anyone can help to identify this painting, it's possible price etc that would be fantastic! Thank you!

"Artistic Impressions is a Direct Sell Art Company based in Lombard IL. They have a wide variety of art on hand ranging from prints (behind glass) original oil paintings, lithographs, mixed media etc. They do not have a store front, the only way to get access to the art is by having an art show. This would be just like a Mary Kay or Avon Party where you invite friends over to have a look see and purchase. The host gets discounts as well."

These types of paintings are decorative rather than fine art and, as such, generally have little resale value.
