My knowledge of Art - Painting is next to nil. The bright colors attracted me to this piece as well as the TS price.
    Measures 9.25" by 7.25".
Any ideas on the "City" . I have no idea where to begin with the signature. All comments both good or bad will be appreciated.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

A pretty Impressionistic scene... sometimes I get an impression (pun!) and can't get past it to consider alternatives. That happened here. It looks SO much like works by Caroline Burnette, who gained a cult-like and beyond reputation in the 70s, painting Paris scenes... may be deceased by now. ANYWAY, the signature clearly nixes that possibility. I think the question will be deciding if this is a "factory" production or not. Lots of art brainiacs here who know how to spot such. It doesn't look to have too much age, I think.

There may be clues to the scene in that flying-buttressed church or the three-horse hitch.

    As for the signature... GEEZ...
    Nali Viley?
    Nale Viby?
    Viky?
    Rale Vichy?
    That's all I got!

Oh, and... the brainiacs might like to see a view of the back, and one of the canvas only, if possible.

The colors ARE pretty, vibrant. Good luck!

Factory Art a new term in my vocabulary. The scene looked so familiar, no wonder. Thanks for the lesson.

    GaleriaGila Hola, y'all!

"Factory" doesn't mean "not pretty"... for me to see Burnette in it... it's nice!
