Oil Landscape On Devoe Academy Board

    Trying to figure the age by the label. Found some paintings on Devoe boards from late 1800's to early 1900's but the labels were different. Mine seems like more newer. Otherwise, unsigned. I would think more amateurish than by a trained artist?

    Hard saying the age but I think earlier than mid century...... so, maybe, 30s-40s? This looks more like an oil sketch than a completed painting. I get a California Impressionist feel from this.
