Wooden, the brown ones, the teal are roughish glass, lampwork. Hm. Long heavy strand.

They look a bit like Persian donkey beads, but they aren't. Very nice though.

...and not to be sold on American eBay, since they're made in Iran. Stupid, but there ya go.

Lampwork glass of no certain origin is fine.

Or Etsy. I tried to sell my mother's donkey beads, bought by my mother in a Dutch shop in the 60s (reign of the Shah!).
Etsy Ireland removed the listing, even though neither Ireland nor the Netherlands are in the US.

I'm sorry WHAT now?? Goods before an embargo are still legal to sell. Wow, e Bay and E tsy are dumb af.

Meanwhile I report a home-made dvd-R bootleg "Blu Ray" (hand written discs and all) and the AI tells me it's fine to sell! :hilarious: Took me 2 tries to get it removed.

Yup. Just to be safe, they don't just forbid post-embargo items but older ones as well. 'cause they're dumb like that. I'd imagine Persian Empire items would be OK. I found one once, but it turned into a friend's Christmas present and won't be resold.
