Featured Numbers on silver lidded bowl

Hi all picked this up was hoping someone could decipher the numbers on top looks like a price maybe as the bottom shows the 1881 date. Found it to be austrian around 1867 maybe. Any thoughts about 100mm across.

 

That Diana head with two tiny marks in a rather squat floral cartouche is for Austro-Hungarian silver from 1872-1922.
The older, 1867-1872, Diana heads had only one tiny mark added inside the cartouche, a number indicating the fineness. This one has two.
The tiny mark on the left looks like 3, which stands for .800 fineness. Is the tiny mark on the right of Diana a D? In that case it would have been made in Brno, present day Czech republic.
SK is probably a maker's mark.

Yes, it looks like it commemorates something. The symbol in the wreath could be an indication, but I can't make it out from the picture.

 

Not sure aj maybe an anchor

 

If it is an anchor, it is asymmetrical. Maybe initials LS, SL?

 

The numbers all look like dates to me: Christmas 1881; 10 January 1931. Inside the wreath is a monogram, I think. See the same possibilities AJ sees, with maybe IL being another one.

Probably a “patch box”.

 

Hard to tell what it is, without seeing the whole object. That's if it's even silver to begin with. I'd say it's a snuffbox, patch-box or pillbox. It looks to be pretty darn small, so it can't be too much else...
