    Hello glad I found you. I am a farmer greenhouses and feilds in northern ontario and I also own my own preserving business . I have a busy working life .I have a love of collecting old things ,love antiques and have been doing some collecting.

    I'm just curious but . . . do you mean by "preserving business" that you do jams and jellies?

    If you do make jams and jellies, what are your favorite fruit flavors and/or what are the most popular "flavors" in and around northern Ontario? ;)
