Not sure what to think about this vase

Looked at it, put it back, went back and looked again, put it back.... ok, not sure if it’s pretty or pretty ugly or just what to think.
    I can’t find anything about it, nothing even close to it. It has to be old, but not sure.
    I’m sure with all the wonderful, world wide knowledge here, someone well let me know what I think about this.
