I can't help much, but by the photos it does not look like it has much age to it. And the paint looks almost like poster paint?? Also the pull top doesn't look very old either, It may just be my lap top monitor though

I agree. Not much age. Probably 1960s/70s (?)

I've had no luck with the Sig.

 

Probably just a hobby artist's attempt at making a Northwest-style piece. The shapes and form lines are not done authentically, as a trained artist would do them.

I'd agree. Someone made it, influenced by the NW Coast Native art style; but they made numerous errors in the shapes and colors that would not be found in the work of a trained native artist.
