No luck with this mark

    I've spent a good while looking for this mark, and just haven't had any luck. An "R" in a shield, with a crown above. This is found on a small sterling sugar and creamer.
    I hope y'all have better luck than I.

    Same mark here ... ebay.com/itm/266910630990
    I think they have misidentified it.
