Nicola Ducan - Belgium - Mark Question

This mark is on the bottom of a lidded stein. The internet seems to indicate it is the mark of Nicola Ducan, a Belgian pewter maker. Can anyone tell me what the mark on the right indicates and how I can date the piece by these marks?

Mark on right looks like it has 1710 on the top. But the image is a bit blurry. Here is an Antiquers thread that discusses a similar mark:

I couldn't find an actual reference, just some items for sale with a similar mark, attributing it to Nicola Ducan (below). No idea on the one with the griffin/1710/PK on it.

Understandable, but sellers often get things wrong. Our members generally do more research and have a wealth of experience. And no horse in the race, so to speak.
