Newer Sterling Turquoise and Various other stones Necklace, anybody know the maker?

    I' just hoping someone might recognize the mark on the tag. I know most lobster claw necklaces are just newer junk but like the James Avery pieces this one has the .925 on the lever but that isn' his mark, at least I don' think it is
