Never seen this mark before some sort of urn or vase perhaps Dutch?

there's a dutch company called Driehoek that had a mark that looked like an amphora with similar asymmetrical shape. So Im guessing its an amphora or a vase but other than that no idea...

The pattern is typically Staffordshire Imari palette, mid 19th, but that combed base isn't.

I find references online to James and Ralph Clews pieces with combed bottoms.

I don't know who made it but I did find an example of a Spode Banana Tree platter with a combed base. Not suggesting it's Spode but I know I've seen a base like it in person before but can't remember where or what. Also combed base on some Blue Willow pieces. This one impressed C or G mark.

I'm not sure if the Dutch company you're meaning is this one. Is see a handpainted crown or mitre but haven't found it yet.
