Featured Nepalese hand carved snow lion head

here is my beloved Nepali snow lion I bought around a year ago.

Ever since I saw it, it was love at first sight. I've always loved Asian antiques and Nepalese decorative masks have always been a favourite of mine.

This magnificent snow lion was hand carved by a family in Nepal I was told, and they dispatch many of their work to a shop in the UK where I bought this one from.

This is the most amazing carved mask I own and I truly love him.

I expect he's around a couple decades old due to the cracking on the back and other damage I can see of the overall wear and tear, but non the less its an amazing example of beautiful craftsmanship.

Anyways I hope you enjoy admiring him just as much as I do!
