Nepal or Berber Natural Coral Necklace

I was wondering if anyone knew if this was Berber or from Nepal ?

 

the tubes look like African bauxite..... to me ..

 

Very nice, Birdchild. And I agree with komo, bauxite beads, most likely from Ghana.
The amber-looking bead looks Moroccan and could have ended up in Ghana through trade. It is either faux amber or copal. Could we see a photo of the bead please?
Unfortunately I can't see the blue beads very well against the blue background, but those could be Dutch trade beads.

So neither Nepal nor Berber, although it has one Berber bead.

Bauxite is the rock aluminium is made from. It was named after the beautiful southern French town of Les Baux, where it was first discovered.
