NEIGHBOR GAVE ME A PAINTING - UNLESS IT'S VALUABLE THEN SHE WANTS HALF! SO WHO IS ARTIST?

A neighbor who knows my love affair (or obsession) with paintings gave me this today because they are cleaning out their garage. But, she told me "Charles this is for you, but if it turns out to be valuable you owe me half!"
Which I think is more than fair because I have another painting!

I googled what I thought the name was - Holannis artist' but nothing showed up. - Can anyone tell the artist's name?

I'm afraid this appears to be a factory painting. A vaguely Parisian street scene with flower stalls. A not uncommon subject for factory paintings. Here's another.

I bought a similar painting and the experts said, "Look closely...how can everyone have the same color hat!?" Subtle, yet glaring to some.

 

Sometimes inverting the siggy shows it up better......in case you want a better stab at it!! Holomnis???
