    None , as far as I know....
    not any fiber or weave from the Northwest Coast.....

    as for the Salish they are not known for weaving over glass..

    The material looks like rush. Could be from Mexico, or Europe, or anywhere the rushes grow.

    Correct, it's not Native American.

    My first thought was China, based on the material and weaving technique, which looks a lot like the little Chinese woven basketry shoes that one sees (often mistakenly identified as Native American.)

    But I don't know for sure, other than it's definitely not Native American or Canadian First Nations.
