Need some auction data help - Worthpoint - The saleroom - UK auctioneers

Saw this wall plaque, liked it and won it at auction. Seems to be quite rare according to this blurb.

Tried to get a better idea of previous sales but they were few and far between,

but couldn't get the price as I'm not registered. Could anybody registered to any of these firms please let me know the sale price, I know it will be well out of date but it will give me a starting point.

Yours is a Wade plaque? I never would have guessed that to be Wade.

I wonder what the technical issue was. There are plenty of porcelain plaques out there. Why would these be so difficult to cast? I'll bet it's an example of modern production techniques being unable to replicate effects that could be attained using slower, manual processes.

 

It was listed as Wade but I'll know more tomorrow when I pick it up.

Yep. It is Wade alright. They call these plaques "Patio Ware" and this Bison one seems to be a rare beast.
Dimensions 41cm x 24cm and a couple of Kg.
