Need ID 2 Vintage Large Painting Norman Rockwell(Bert Lozoano?)

I'm cleaning out my attic of paintings,prints,ect.I've had these items for many years.I'm trying to find out some information.I'm not sure if I've had them on other sites but here goes.Two 29"x27" with frames,paintings,signed Norman Rockwell.But the back is signed look like Bert Lozano art gallery, Olongapo Phil. Might have the spelling wrong.Hope someone can help me.

 

Actually, they're both hanging in my PCP's office! Are you SURE they're Paintings and not Prints???? Signings on back look like they were given to someone maybe...

 

Yes they are real paintings.I remember selling one a long time ago.I just can't remember.The person who bought it loved it but no information.I still have 3.I just put them in my attic.Start cleaning part of my attic and found the last 3 I have.

The first one is going to be a copy of Rockwell's 1958 illustration 'Doctor.'

I suspect those were souvenirs brought back by an American sailor.

WOW!!!! what a conincidence !! that's the painting I sold!!! I can see my blue covering behind it! thank you sooo much! I have forgot all the information I had on the paintings,Wowww!!!

 

"Marriage License" is the name of the second painting, in Rockwell's museum, with a visual and audio story to go with it if you scroll down a little!!!!
