@Crim000 are these crewel or crosshatched yarn art works?

I am not familiar with yarn crafts, but other members here may be..

 

I think its a kit made by some granny . Ive seen some gorgeous ones made in the 70s-80s . Pity about the bleeding color,I doubt they could ever be fixed .

 

It's hard to tell, but they could be counted cross stitch. Very popular even 10-20 years ago.

 

Need closer clearer photo to tell for sure but looks like standard needlepoint. If it is and most kits come with wool it will bleed. Rit dye males a color remover in a powder form I’ve used and it really did work. No promises tho! Follow directions I believe say warm/cool water. Hot water is what did this.. If these are important enough I would put the dye remover on with a paintbrush in affected areas only and rinse in water. Ivory snow works best for wool if they are dirty but again cool water

 

As above, needlework produced from a kit. Yours aren't going to be terribly old and the running colors destroy value.
