Need help with Russian artist

    Is anyone familiar with the work of late russian painter Lev Korchemkin?

    I'm not, but am interested in Russian things, and in art. So am hoping to learn something from this discussion. What is your question?

    Well, I want to know more about the man because I have one of his paintings.
    I know he was born in Nizni Novgorod and that he lived 1912-2001.
    He was an engineer and lived all around the world, but I cannot find any other works online

    Thats the only painting you can find online.
    Mine doesnt look anything like that stylewise.
    Man was most famous for poster work and for all types of Illustrations.

    He was most famous in 1950s for movie poster and propaganda poster work
