    Hello I've tried to identify this but I can't find it. Any clues to what this is? I don't think it's chinese.

    It looks like something commemorative of the cherry blossom festivals they have there, other than that probably very obvious observation, I'm not sure! Interesting piece. What are the materials used?

    Just simple thread and on the back it had the measurements of the artwork and a date.

    The writing is in korean. Also, I poked a hole in the back and it's all hand made.

    From a quick Google search, I was lucky enough to find it has something to do with The Legend of the 100 Boys.
    Google Search: 100 boys framed embroidery

    Hopefully that can help you find more info.:)
