Featured Need help with framed art, style, signature and printing process surrealism?

Hi, I keep striking out trying to figure out exactly what this is. My instinct is to say surrealism but I don't know if that is right. I cant make out the signature and the wording to the left of it seems to say somthing about "recieving peace" in Spanish. The image area is indented or recessed, including the dove. There seems to be silver tone metal along the far edges of the image along the mat. I'm not sure what to make of the content either. It is certainly odd. The frame measures 17 /1/4 by 16 and the image area is 8 by 6 1/2. I would really appreciate any kind of help with this.

The Spanish reads Paz recibe el que de paz or Peace Receives the One of Peace in English.

Thanks everyone I was looking for a much shorter name. Certainly got me to the ballpark. Yes, Roaring 20's it is interesting that the auction link is so similar. His biography is very interesting also. And my one year of Spanish 50 years ago wasn't much help.
