Need help on a WWII German? Helmet

Hello Everyone,

I just bought several helmets from a local estate auction.

Please find attached photos FYI. The one with SS marks seems interesting. However, it is not the typical shape of Germany with skirt. Also the mark seems like handpainted. I didn't find any mark or manufacture from inside. So I wonder if it is original.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

 

It is not the typical shape of Germany with skirt, because it is Italian! Totally spurious paint job too I am afraid.

I'm not an expert, but the leather suspension liner looks like it's from an Italian M33. Maybe compare the shape of the helmet and other details to that model, and check this out:
