The text is in Cyrillic script, so possibly Russian?
I you add 'Russian' to the title of your thread, Natasha will probably be along to translate, she is our resident Cyrillic expert.

Don't panic if you're having problems with a thread, there will always be someone to help you, it just might take some time because we are scattered all over the globe.

Not sure what you are confused about.

When you want to ask a question, you start a thread in the appropriate forum, be it furniture, pottery, silver etc. There are different forums.

There are instructions on how to post pictures to threads. At the moment, you have put your pictures in the gallery. People don't tend to go to the gallery to find a poster's pictures. The pictures need to be posted in the thread as part of the question.

Click this link and it will give you instructions on how to post your pictures.

At this point in time I would start a new thread in the metalware forum, using
Russian as suggested by Any Jewelry.
What is this Russian metal piece?
