It isn't Native American, it's Mexican, from the village of Mata Ortiz, in northern Chihuahua. Although some of the potters copy designs from Native American tribes, or from the ancient ruins of Paquime, located near Mata Ortiz, none of the potters claim any tribal affiliation, and the Mexican government officially recognizes the pottery, which has been on the world-wide market only since the 1980s, as contemporary Mexican Art Pottery.

Unlike Native American pottery, the bottoms are polished, rounded, and have incised signatures. The pots also are thinner than Native American southwest pueblo pottery. The design patterns are also distinctively Mata Ortiz, especially when associated with the rounded bottoms.

I'm unable to read anything other than "Manuel" in the signature, but today there are over 400 potters in Mata Ortiz, and I am not familiar with this particular one.

Looks like Manuel Olivas, and there is a Mata Ortiz potter by that name. I don't know if the one that comes up first in Google is the same person that did this pot, but it appears to be https://www.ebay.com/i/163643734846?chn=ps
