    Hey all,

I need to find 3 round double cabochons (convex on both sides), 8mm, and my google searches are leading me nowhere. I originally googled cab shapes, and it gave me the "double cabochon" term, but I can't find any for sale.

Is there another term to use for searching; all I keep getting are flatbacks in my searches. Help?

Maybe Czech Peking glass bead might be a better term

Missing one doesn't look oval, compared to the other two

Thank you; I'll search using that term.

There's actually 3 missing - I didn't realize I had picked the picture that only shows the 1 missing. All 3 are round cabs like on the box charm (the other two missing ones being on that same charm, faced away from the camera).

Quite lovely, gotta be Czech right ?

Gonna be hard to find, no matter what the size, shape. maybe try looking for pieces on ebay that you might be able to source stones from

Are the stones glued in? A sphere may fit.... https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=8mm+gemstone+spheres

I don't think you need double sided cabs. I think a flat bottomed cabachon would work just fine glued in properly. BWDIK?

A double cab is indeed called a sphere.;) But as @Bdigger said, regular cabs should do the job, and that is probably what the mounts held in the first place.
These bracelets with those chunky inlaid dangles are an Italian style, but these particular cabs look Czech. Apparently this bracelet style was invented by Peruzzi, a well-known jeweller in Florence.

It's actually marked Germany. Your suggestion is a good one. I was at a flea market today and was keeping an eye out for something to use, but no luck.

Thank you for both of your suggestions!

I might resort to that. I'm sure if I put a glob of glue, it probably would work.

Thank you. I don't know why that didn't show up when I was looking at cab shapes; I just kept coming across "double cabochon".

The setting is so deep that I wanted to use ones like it already has, but enough globs of glue would certainly work with a flat cab.

The clasp is marked Germany. Here's one I came across when looking for something comparable:
