    I came across this piece in a box of assorted items that had gotten stashed in a corner that needs to be cleaned out in the next couple of weeks. I haven't a clue as to where I got it & it doesn't have a stopper but I wanted to see if anybody could ID it before it got put into the OTD box.

    As you can tell it is a paperweight style bottle with assorted canes in the bottom portion.

    It is 2 1/2" to the top & is 2 3/4" across the bottom portion.

    As far as the siggie the only part I have been able to possibly decipher is Marcos J de la _____ Miami 1980.

    I have tried searching using the above information but have struck out.

    Thanks for any & all advice or opinions!! :happy::happy: :kiss::kiss:

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    @bercrystal, I don't even see exactly where you're referring to!! But I did enlarge the bottom 3X and show it both directions if it helps at all.....not sure it's going to though.....

    Thanks @Aquitaine!!! :happy::happy::kiss:

    I tried highlighting it by rubbing the siggie with a pencil but for some reason, it wouldn't take in some spots.

    Maybe someone will recognize the design.

    I found a Giulia Mangani. Her stuff was produced for Olgetti. Some older pieces were 1980. Maybe this was an earlier work?
